The first step for upper Fan Shroud replacement requires complete removal of the coolant recovery reservoir and air cleaner assembly. Start by removing Fan Shroud bolts 1,3 and 4 then take off the Fan Shroud items 2 and 5. Install the Fan Shroud first by following the fastener notice in service precautions then install it (2,5). You should attach and tighten the Fan Shroud bolts (1,3,4) to 6 nm (53 inch lbs). Replace the air cleaner assembly along with the coolant recovery reservoir as the final step of the installation.
