First pivot the air cleaner outlet duct upward until the hinge clip releases from the throttle body lip then remove the cooling fan followed by the Drive Belt then remove the wiring harness bracket bolt and heater hose bracket bolt and generator Drive Belt tensioner Drive Belt idler pulley. Start by removing the generator bracket bolts and nut so you can take out this bracket assembly. During installation you should start by mounting the generator bracket then fasten it with generator bracket bolts and nut before tightening them to 41 n.m (30 lb ft). After installing the Drive Belt idler pulley continue with the Drive Belt tensioner and generator assembly. Start by installing the heater hose bracket bolt first before tightening it to 25 n.m (18 lb ft). Finish by installing the wiring harness bracket bolt and tightening it to 25 n.m (18 lb ft).
