In order to replace a front seat cushion heater element, one should remove the seat trim panel and cushion cover. Unattach heater wiring harness and remove any broken foam. Re-connect the wiring, install the heater and re-install the trim. Lastly, re-zero the inflatable restraint passenger presence system of the front passenger seat.
