The driver disconnects both the CPA retainer along with the engine wiring harness electrical connector from the HO2S electrical connector. Detach the HO2S electrical connector clip from the engine harness clip next then remove the HO2S from its socket. The use of GM P/N 12377953 anti-seize compound must be applied on sensor threads during old sensor reinstallation.
