How to replace the fuel level sensor on 2007 GMC Acadia?

In order to change the fuel level sensor, take out the fuel tank module and take the electrical connector out. Take out the wiring beneath the module clip and loosen up the sensor clips. Gently slide the sensor out and then install the new sensor, be sure it engages properly and reconnect the wiring and then carefully re-install the module.
