How to replace the outlet radiator hose (LR4, LM7, LQ4) on 2007 GMC Savana 2500?

The replacement process of the Radiator outlet hose (LR4, LM7, LQ4) requires draining out the cooling system. The hose clamp pliers (J 38185) can uninstall clamps from the Radiator outlet followed by the engine and coolant recovery reservoir clamps which should use the same tool. The first step requires removal of the Radiator outlet hose from its connections to both the coolant recovery reservoir and the Radiator and the engine before taking out the hose. When installing the new Radiator outlet hose start by connecting it to the engine followed by the Radiator and the coolant recovery reservoir. First install hose clamp pliers (J 38185) to secure all three clamps that lock the hose into position at the coolant recovery reservoir then the engine and finally at the Radiator outlet. Finally, fill the cooling system.
