How to replace the turn signal flasher on 2007 GMC Savana 2500?

To replace the turn signal flasher, remove the left knee bolster bracket, then take out the turn/hazard flasher from the instrument panel support and disconnect the electrical connector. Connect the new flasher and reinstall it, followed by the left knee bolster bracket.
