To start the turn signal flasher replacement process you should unplug the left knee bolster bracket. First disassemble the instrument panel support and disconnect the electrical flasher from it. Place the new turn/hazard flasher onto the instrument panel (I/P) support then attach its electrical connector. Reposition the left knee bolster bracket last.
