How to replace the air hose inlet duct on 2008 Chevrolet Aveo?

Start by turning off the ignition then disconnecting the electrical connector from the intake air temperature sensor to replace an air cleaner inlet duct. Start by detaching the breather tube from the air cleaner intake duct and then loosen the duct's clamps. When installing the new air cleaner intake duct make sure it is in the right position to stop mil illumination and drivability failures because of incorrect sensor readings. Use a torque wrench to clamp the duct to 3 n.m while reconnecting the breather tube followed by installing the electrical connector to the iat sensor. A faulty intake air temperature sensor requires replacing the entire air cleaner inlet duct instead of being a serviceable component.
