How to replace the blower motor on 2008 Chevrolet Aveo?

Start your Blower Motor replacement by disconnecting the negative Battery Cable then detaching the Blower Motor electrical connection. Take off both the blower cooling hose and screws that join the motor to the heater/air distribution case. Take the motor and seal unit directly downward through the case opening. Put the Blower Motor and seal along with their shock mount pads into the heater/air distribution case and keep the motor in place. Leave the Blower Motor equipped with screws while tightening them to 53 pounds inch. Plug the cooling duct back into the Blower Motor and join the electrical connection while attaching the black battery wire. Test that the motor operates correctly.
