How to replace the blower motor on Chevrolet Aveo?

Disconnect the Blower Motor from both electrical power and negative battery when you start the repair job. Take out the blower cooling hose and screws that anchor motor to heater/air distribution case by pulling the assembly straight down from its seat. You should insert the Blower Motor with its seal below the shock mount pads into the heater/air distribution case before setting the motor into place. Insert the Blower Motor screws while applying 6 nm torque and put back the Blower Motor cooling hose before plugging in the electrical connector. Finish by joining the car's negative battery wire. Test if the fan works as intended.
