Chevrolet Aveo Blower Motor Parts Questions & Experts Answers

  • Q: How to replace the blower motor on Chevrolet Aveo?
A: Disconnect the Blower Motor from both electrical power and negative battery when you start the repair job. Take out the blower cooling hose and screws that anchor motor to heater/air distribution case by pulling the assembly straight down from its seat. You should insert the Blower Motor with its seal below the shock mount pads into the heater/air distribution case before setting the motor into place. Insert the Blower Motor screws while applying 6 nm torque and put back the Blower Motor cooling hose before plugging in the electrical connector. Finish by joining the car's negative battery wire. Test if the fan works as intended.
