How to replace the blower motor on 2006 Chevrolet Aveo?

Make sure to follow the battery disconnect caution and disconnect the negative Battery Cable before replacing the Blower Motor. Afterwards, take off the Blower Motor's electrical connector and pull out the blower cooling hose. Unscrew the motor from the heater/air distribution case, and then slide the motor and seal straight out at a low angle. To put the Blower Motor back in, place it and the seal together with the shock mount pads in the heater/air distribution case and hold the motor while doing so. Make sure to tighten the screws holding the Blower Motor to 6 n.m (53 lb in) of torque. Put the Blower Motor cooling hose back on and attach the electrical connector before putting the negative Battery Cable back. At the end, listen to see if the Blower Motor is working correctly.
