How to replace the Fuse Box on 2008 Chevrolet Express 2500?

The first step to replace the accessory wiring junction block requires disconnecting the negative Battery Cable. The junction block cover must be removed through pressing tabs inward. Note the position of harness ends before removing their nuts from the fuse block relay center where they are attached. Locate the fuse relay center bolts then pull out the fuse relay center from the junction block. Detach the chassis harness along with engine harness and ip harness and forward lp harness from the junction block base. Press the junction block base tabs to slide out tabs which will remove the base. Insert the tabs correctly into the junction block base then push in tabs until they securely fasten. Feed the chassis harness together with i/p harness and engine harness and forward lp harness back into the junction block base where they belong. Position the fusion relay center back into the junction block followed by securing it with both fuse block center bolts. At the fuse block relay center fasten the harness ends by using harness end nuts. Finish the installation by locking the junction block cover tabs then reattach the negative Battery Cable.
