How to replace the fan clutch on 2008 GMC Envoy?

Start replacing the Fan Clutch by conducting a fan cooling system removal process. The next step includes removing the push-pin while releasing the Fan Clutch electrical connector from inside the fan shroud. Remove the Fan Clutch from the fan shroud before you extract the bolts which hold the Fan Blade to the Fan Clutch in order to separate the Fan Blade from the clutch. When installing the Fan Blade to the Fan Clutch add a fastener notice to your work protocol. Fasten the four bolts onto the Fan Blade before tightening them to 27 n.m (20 lb ft). Reinstall the Fan Clutch into the fan shroud after which reinstall the push-pin to the Fan Clutch electrical connector before applying the cooling fan with its shroud.
