How to replace the front door striker on 2010 Cadillac Escalade ESV?

In order to fit the front door striker, unscrew the lower striker bolt, and loosen the upper one so that the striker and spacer can be taken away of the lower hole. Install the lower bolt and tighten then remove upper bolt and striker. Install the striker and make sure it is well aligned before tightening the bolts.
