How to replace the front harmonic balancer on 2010 Cadillac STS?

The crankshaft balancer replacement begins with belt removal of the A/C Compressor and power steering pump and ends with generator and water pump drive belts removal. Before beginning raise and support the vehicle and then take off the transmission bell housing inspection hole cover. Use the flywheel holding tool (EN-48018) in accordance with the picture and afterward detach the front air deflector and then extract the crankshaft balancer. Begin the installation process with the new crankshaft balancer and follow it with front air deflector reinstallation before taking out the flywheel holding tool (EN-48018). Put on the transmission bell housing inspection hole cover as your first step and then install both the generator and water pump Drive Belt before completing with the A/C Compressor and power steering pump Drive Belt.
