  A: A driver must first raise and support the vehicle before switching out the exhaust Muffler with nea, neb, or n10 components. Locate the Muffler.pipe nuts that attach to the three way Catalytic Converter. Install helpers for this task to remove the rubber insulation from exhaust underbody hangers (1, 2, and 3) before taking the Muffler assembly out of the vehicle and exhaust flexible pipe. Two helpers will assist with the Muffler assembly installation to both the vehicle and exhaust flexible pipe before installing the rubber insulators on exhaust underbody hangers (1, 2, 3). Position the three way Catalytic Converter into Muffler pipe nuts then tighten them to 50 nm (37 lb ft). Finally, lower the vehicle.
