How to replace the door moldings on the front door frame on Buick Century?

To replace the garnish molding on the front door frame, guard it by taping it well with heavy material tape to prevent damage to the paint finish or the mold as well as not using pointed or sharp instruments. First, take off the weather strip retainer, the outer belt sealing strip. Then, fasten the door frame molding over the door and remove it from there as well. For an installation, place the new front door frame molding on the door, then slide it down. After that, re-install the outer belt sealing strip and lastly; the window weather strip retainer.
