Buick Terraza Air Hose Parts Questions & Experts Answers

  • Q: How to replace the air hose outlet duct on Buick Terraza?
A: Begin by removing the intake manifold cover unless it's necessary. The positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) fresh air tube requires disconnection from the air cleaner outlet duct. Before you detach the maf/iat sensor and Throttle Body clamps unscrew the air cleaner outlet duct clamp. Pull the air cleaner outlet duct out from both the air cleaner housing and Throttle Body. During fitting connect the air cleaner outlet duct to both the air cleaner housing and Throttle Body before tightening the Throttle Body clamp according to the fastener notice. Tighten the maf/iat sensor air cleaner outlet duct clamp with 2 n.m (18 lb in). Reinstall the intake manifold cover when you've completed the repairs while also reconnecting the pcv fresh air tube to the air cleaner outlet duct.
