The removal sequence continues with unclipping the lower Fan Shroud followed by its removal. The installation process should start with the lower Fan Shroud then proceed to the upper Fan Shroud placement. The service precautions fastener notice dictates how to proceed before you put in the upper shroud bolts which need to be tightened up to 15 nm (11 ft. Lbs.). The last step includes reinstalling the air cleaner assembly.
