Chevrolet Aveo EGR Valve Parts Questions & Experts Answers

  • Q: How to replace the EGR valve on Chevrolet Aveo?
A: You should first disconnect the car's negative Battery Cable to replace the exhaust gas recirculation valve. After that, disconnect the electrical connector from the EGR Valve and remove all the retained bolts prior to taking out the valve. Set the new EGR Valve onto its place and fix it with the bolts, turning them until they reach 30 n.m (22 lb ft). After finishing, link the electrical connector again to the EGR Valve and at last reconnect the negative Battery Cable.
