  Q: How to service and repair the windshield washer reservoir on Chevrolet Metro?

  A: You need to take out six screws and five plastic clips while also removing the left side wheelhouse panel to access the windshield Washer Reservoir. Unplug the Washer Pump wires and take off the washer tubing. Lift out the washer fluid reservoir assembly from the vehicle through 2 nuts before removing washer pumps (5,6). Place washer pumps (5,6) onto the fluid reservoir then connect electrical and mechanical Washer Pump connections. Replace the reservoir assembly into its original position while using 2 retaining nuts to fasten it at 13 n.m (115 lb in). Place back the left side wheelhouse panel at its original position and fix it using 6 screws and 5 plastic clips.
