Q: How to replace the front headlight assembly or turn signal bulb on Chevrolet S10?
A: In order to change the headlamp assembly or turn signal bulb, first make sure that the headlamp switch is off and Ignition Switch also in lock position. Pulls the headlamp assembly retainers up and out and disconnects the lamp electrical connectors; then removes headlamp assembly from the vehicle. Make sure to handle the halogen bulb gently, slightly pushing it and rotating it 1/4 turn counterclockwise in order to remove it from the assembly. To install the new bulb, insert it and turn it 1/4 turn clockwise, reconnect the lamp electrical connectors, and reinstall the head assembly. Last, fasten the headlamp assembly retainers up to click inward and downward. Always wear an eye protection and never touch the glass of the bulb and make sure that the bulb is clean and dry before installation in order to avoid any possibility of explosion. When the bulb is used out, dispose of it correctly and store halogen bulbs out of the reach of children.
