Sequential steps include removing the EVAP canister purge solenoid bolt after you disconnect the EVAP canister purge solenoid electrical connection. You need to remove both the EVAP canister purge solenoid and its insulator. install the insulator first onto the EVAP canister purge solenoid before you can mount the solenoid. Slightly torques the EVAP canister purge solenoid bolt until the measurement reaches 10.5 N.m (93 lb in). Connect the EVAP canister purge solenoid electrical connector after you place the EVAP line to the canister purge solenoid before refitting the engine sight shield.
