How to service the EGR Tube on Chevrolet Tahoe?

Service of the EGR Tube requires EGR Valve removal followed by removal of egr pipe to intake manifold fasteners along with the egr pipe to exhaust manifold fasteners and egr pipe mounting fasteners from the right Cylinder Head until the pipe can be extracted successfully. After placing the egr pipe correctly in its position you should tighten the egr pipe mounting fasteners to the right Cylinder Head at 50 n.m (37 lb ft). The egr pipe requires mounting to the exhaust manifold fasteners with a torque of 25 n.m and to the intake manifold fasteners with 12 n.m. Finally, reinstall the EGR Valve.
