To replace the tail lamp assembly or back up, sidemarker, stop and turn signal bulbs, start by lifting the gate and remove the screws from the tail lamp. Remove the tail lamp away from the body and also break the electrical connector. Press the tabs to unlock the circuit board and get it out from the tail lamp and pull out required bulbs from the socket. For installation replace the new bulbs into the sockets re-fix the circuit board onto the tail lamp and plug in the electrical connector. The tail lamp locking guide pins should be placed into alignment with the body whereas the tail lamp should be inserted into the locking guide pin holes. Mount the tail lamp and attach the screws and tighten them to 10 N.m (89 lb in). Finally, close the liftgate.
