How to replace the Transmission Oil Cooler on a 6L50/6L80/6L90 automatic transmission on GMC Sierra 1500?

The process of replacing the transmission fluid Transmission Oil Cooler in a 6l50/6l80/6l90 automatic transmission starts by removing the front grill assembly. Place a drain pan under the vehicle before you disconnect Transmission Oil Cooler lines from the Transmission Oil Cooler. Remove the Transmission Oil Cooler and its bolts and push pins before you can remove it from the vehicle. Install the new Transmission Oil Cooler by placing it into position and installing its bolts and push pins to the radiator brace following a torque of 12 nm (9 lb ft). Reposition the front grill assembly after connecting the Transmission Oil Cooler lines to the Transmission Oil Cooler.
