The need to replace seat belts following minor collisions depends on actual part damage like tearing or distortion but normally they do not require replacement if automatic restrainers failed to activate.

Remove the rear seat center belt.

Take off the nut from the center rear seat belt and then remove the center rear seat belt itself.
