Wiper Blade, Driver Side

As you replace the Wiper Blade on the right side of the hood position the wipers at middle wipe to avoid damage when they reach the rear edge of the hood. Push the button inside the Wiper Arm clip to extract the Wiper Blade from its inner position on that arm. Afterwards bring the arm out through the open space of the Wiper Blade. Put the arm hook into the Wiper Blade opening and place the pivot at the inner edge of the Wiper Arm. Press the Wiper Blade pivot over the Wiper Arm hook until it fits tightly for proper mounting of the blade. After aligning the wiper blades place them back into their park position as you turn on the wipers for a final inspection.

Push in the button of the wiper blade clip and remove the wiper blade from the inside radius of the wiper arm, then bring the wiper arm out through the opening in the wiper blade.

Return the wiper blades to the park position, operate the wipers, and check for proper operation.

Insert the open end of the wiper blade element into the bottom claws of the wiper blade, making sure to keep the wiper blade claws in the rubber claw channel of the wiper blade element and avoiding contact with the metal spline.

Cycle the wiper blades to the mid-wipe position on the glass to prevent contact with the rear edge of the hood.

Ensure the wiper blade claws remain in the rubber claw channel of the wiper blade element and do not contact the metal spline.

Detach the bottom claws of the wiper blade from the notches in the wiper blade element and pull the wiper blade element out through the wiper blade claws.

Position the wiper blade pivot in the inside radius of the wiper arm hook and pull the wiper blade pivot into the wiper arm hook until it locks securely.

Cycle the wiper blades to the mid-wipe position on the glass to prevent the wiper arms from contacting the rear edge of the hood.

Finally, install the wiper blade back onto the wiper arm.

Take out the bottom claws of the wiper blade from the notches in the wiper blade element and pull the wiper blade element out through the wiper blade claws.

Position the wiper blade pivot in the inside radius of the wiper arm hook and pull the wiper blade pivot into the wiper arm hook until it locks in place.

First, push in the button of the wiper blade clip to remove the wiper blade from the inside radius of the wiper arm, then bring the hook of the wiper arm out through the opening in the wiper blade.
