Employing the j 35910 - drive axle boot clamp pliers, clip the boot clamp until its width gap will be 2.15 mm (0.085 in). After that place half of the lubricant in the outer boot and the rest in the CV Joint, and reinstall the CV Joint onto the wheel drive shaft on a block of wood hit it with a hammer but the boot clamp must be tightly closed and seated accordingly. Close the boot clamp with the help of the ch 48894- wheel drive shaft boot clamp pliers, take the wheel drive shaft from the bench vise, and drive the CV Joint around in a circular movement 4 to 5 times to allow the lubricant to spread. Lastly, you should wipe off any residual lubricant from the wheel drive shaft assembly and install the wheel drive shaft assembly.
