    Begin console replacement by moving the front seats to their rearmost position then accessing screws under the front seats that secure the lower console. Begin by removing the console screws before gently lifting the rear section of the center floor console to disconnect the electrical connector which powers the auxiliary power outlet. Move the center floor console to its back position to reveal upper console screws then remove the bolts that mount the console to the central stack before removing the floor console. To mount the console correctly you should position it using the mounting bracket first then tighten the console screws to 2.5 n.m (22 lb in). After plugging in the electrical connector to the auxiliary power outlet, move the Center Console into position then reach below the front seats to tighten the lower console screws to 2.5 n.m (22 lb in). Put the front seat in its usual spot.

Reconnect the electrical connector to the auxiliary power outlet and put the Center Console back in place while installing lower screws with 2.5 n.m of torque (22 lb in). Position the front seat into its normal position.
