Your safety requires an immediate inspection of seat belts already affected by the crash because the restraint systems might have become damaged. The seat belt system requires replacement if it underwent any serious collision that activated devices including pretensioners and Air Bags. All safety equipment requires replacement including adult and child safety belts and their components such as LATCH system and top tether anchorages. Users need to substitute all damaged seat belt components including adult seat belts together with built-in child restraints and LATCH system components. The seat belt system needs replacement upon discovering either "REPLACE" or "CAUTION" markings together with yellow tags present on the seat. However, avoid replacement solely through examination of child seat caution labels. The entire seat belt system should get replaced when there are doubts about its condition which includes adult seat belts as well as built-in child restraints, LATCH system components and any restraint systems of infant carriers, child restraints and booster seats. A complete replacement of seat belt systems should be done after car collisions because affect all components including buckles and retractor assemblies and belt directors. The replacement of seat belts after minor collisions without automatic restraint activation must be evaluated based on torn or damaged components but only required for conditions when parts become torn, worn or damaged.

Reinstall the lock pillar trim and enable SIR zone 6 or SIR zone 2.

Remove the seat belt anchor fastener from the floor and route the seat belt webbing and anchor through the seat belt guide loop.

Position the seat belt inside the vehicle and attach the seat belt pretensioner to the hanger bracket.
