Disconnect both the toc lines from the toc as well as the toc line from the toc retainer clip. Begin by removing bolts that join the toc to the cooling Fan Shroud then remove the lh front wheel coupled with the lh front splash shield by revoking its retainers. The j44827 transmission cooler quick connect tool assists in disconnection between front toc lines and rear toc lines which allows the front toc lines to be removed. The first step for installation requires fitting the front toc lines before connecting them to the rear toc lines. The installation process for the vehicle includes attaching the lh front splash shield with its retainers and then positioning the lh front wheel. Mount the toc on the cooling Fan Shroud with bolts fixed at 6.5 nm (58 inch lbs.) before joining the toc line to the toc retainer clip then use 20 nm torque (15 ft. Lbs.) while joining toc lines to the toc. The installation of the condenser requires its repositioning followed by its complete reinstall procedure.
