    The first step to replace the rear seat back cover and pad of the aq4 captains chair involves removing the second row captains chair followed by removing the head restraint and finish covers. To begin the installation start by taking out both the recliner handle and also the rear seat back finish panel. First disconnect the j retainer from its position on the bottom edge of the recliner cover before you remove the rear seat back recliner cover. The bolt access for the recliner requires you to correctly separate the rear seat back cover together with its foam from the recliner before removing the bolts. To begin installation detach the backrest from the cushion base of the rear seat and then remove the armrest section. Position the rear seat back cover between the foam pad and remove its retainers rings. Then separate this cover from the foam pad by removing their hook and loop retainers. The seat back pad needs to be taken away from its position on the frame of the seat back. To install it position the rear seat back pad onto the seat back frame after which you should apply the rear seat back cover before securing everything with retainer rings and hook and loop retainers. Attach the armrest before installing the rear seat back onto the rear seat cushion while tightening the recliner bolts to 32 n.m (24 lb ft). Install the recliner bolts cover using both rear seat back foam and rear seat back cover before you install the rear seat back recliner cover. Retain the j retainer at the bottom rear seat back cover edge before installing the rear seat back finish panel with the additional finish cover pieces. The last step includes replacing the head restraint followed by reinstalling the second row captain's chair.
