    Q:
How to replace the outlet radiator hose on Cadillac Seville? Posted by Customer
    A:
Draining the cooling system partially should be the first step when replacing the outlet Radiator Hose. The first step requires removal of the upper filler panel with the air cleaner assembly. The hose clamp pliers (J 38185) should remove the outlet Radiator Hose from the Thermostat Housing followed by using hose clamp remover/installer (J 37097-A) to detach the outlet Radiator Hose from the Radiator. The new outlet Radiator Hose installation requires the hose clamp remover/installer (J 37097-A) for connection between the Radiator and the Thermostat Housing and the hose clamp pliers (J 38185) for the Radiator to Thermostat Housing connection. The installer should begin by reinstalling the air cleaner assembly followed by positioning the surge tank inlet hose into its retaining feature on the resonator before completing with the upper filler panel installation. The final step requires filling the cooling system.
