    First disconnect the air cleaner and components above it to access the Blower Motor Resistor assembly (C60). Follow the steps to disconnect electrical cables before removing screws that keep the Blower Motor Resistor assembly secured. Move the Blower Motor Resistor assembly away from its space. The new Blower Motor Resistor assembly goes inside its original position and screws are tightened to 2 n.m or 18 lb in. Plug in the electrical wires first followed by replacement of windshield wipers and coolant tank. Lastly put back the air filter. Replace the Blower Motor Resistor by putting in the new part while following both the service precautions notice and fastener instructions. Increase screw torque on the new Blower Motor Resistor to 2 n.m while reacting electrical connectors and reinstalling both washer system and coolant components. After checking the circuit performance reinstall the air cleaner.
