Whenever you inspect wires you should check for proper installation while pushing the boots sideways to ensure full seating because improper seating leads to wire core erosion causing engine misfire or crossfire conditions. Verify boot seating by pushing each wrist connection until everything fits correctly and tighten any loose wires. During all maintenance procedures keep the wires positioned as they were originally installed to stop radio signals from interfering with the electrical system. Every time you place spark plugs in their boots or install new Spark Plug Wires you must add new dielectric grease to the boot interior.
