How to replace the rack and pinion boot and breather tube on a Magnasteer system on 2000 Buick Century?

Use the Service Boot Clamp Installer to remove the outer tie rod, then the hex jam nut. Detach the tie rod end clamp and boot clamp, discard the latter. Mark breather-tube position, remove tube and boot. Grease parts, install new boot, align tube, seat boot, crimp clamps, reinstall tie rod clamp and jam nut.
