The rear door Window Regulator motor needs loosening before you can lower it into the door space where you can disconnect its electrical connector. The first step is to disassemble the rear door Window Regulator from the door. You should place the rear door regulator inside the door before plugging its electrical connector into the motor. Refit the rear door Window Regulator motor where its key slots fit into the inner door panel followed by attaching the rear door Window Regulator rail assembly. Put the lower mounting screws of the rear door Window Regulator rail into position then secure them with force of 10 nm (89 lb in).
