How to service the Throttle Position Sensor on 2000 Chevrolet Astro?

In order to service the Throttle Position Sensor, the negative battery cable should be unconnected and engine cover should be removed. Disassemble TP sensor harness, unscrew the mounting bolts and ensure that the sensor is not wet. Lift the sensor and gasket and fit back, remember not to leave out the throttle valve. Disconnect everything then reconnect.
