The procedures to replace the Evaporator core require removing the hvac module followed by removing the Heater Core along with its case shroud. You should take out the Evaporator core after removing the screw and Evaporator core bracket. For installing a new Evaporator core it requires adding the correct amount of refrigerant oil to the unit. Fasten the Evaporator core in accordance with the fastener notice service precautions and then connect the Evaporator core bracket with screws which need to be tightened to 1 n.m (9 lb in). Proceed to install the Heater Core case shroud and its screws at 1 n.m (9 lb in), before attaching the Heater Core and completing with the hvac module.
