Start with the removal of the cruise control cable and the electrical connection with the module. Next, remove the cruise control module shock tower nuts, removing the module as well. During installation, install the cruise control module onto the mounting studs on the shock tower and tighten the mounting nuts to 2 N.m (18 lb in). Thereafter, re-insert the electrical connector, as well as the cruise control cable to the module and the final step is to adjust the cruise control cable accordingly.
