Start the Clutch Master Cylinder repair by detaching the negative Battery Cable before removing the clutch actuator cylinder fluid line from the master cylinder reservoir. To begin work on the Clutch Master Cylinder start with removing its clevis pin from the push rod and then unscrew the 2 master cylinder bulkhead retaining nuts before pulling the cylinder out of the vehicle. Place the Clutch Master Cylinder inside the vehicle and tighten the bulkhead retaining nuts to 21 nm (15 ft. Lbs.). Connect the clutch actuator cylinder fluid line to the master cylinder reservoir after you reinstall the pushrod to the clutch pedal. After bleeding the hydraulic clutch system finish installation by reconnecting the negative Battery Cable.
