    A: Disengage the evap purge pipe and the purge solenoid electrical connection. Next, remove the purge solenoid mounting nuts and the engine wiring harness bracket from the mounting stud, followed by the removal of purge solenoid from the Intake Manifold. For installation, locate the purge solenoid and push it back into the Intake Manifold and reattach the bracket for the engine wiring harness back to the mounting stud while following fastener notice in service precautions. Finally, fasten the purge solenoid to its mounting nuts, using the force of 12 n.m (106 lb in). Lastly, reconnect purge solenoid electrical connector and the evap purge pipe.
