    A: Starting the evap Canister Purge Valves replacement requires detachment of the evap purge pipe together with the purge solenoid electrical connector. Start by removing purge solenoid mounting nuts and the engine wiring harness bracket from the mounting stud before extracting the purge solenoid off the Intake Manifold. Reinstallation begins with inserting the purge solenoid onto the Intake Manifold then installing the engine wiring harness bracket onto its mounting stud while following the fastener notice in service precautions. The purge solenoid installation requires secure mounting nuts that should be fastened to 12 n.m (106 lb in) torque before reconnecting the purge solenoid electrical connector and evap purge pipe.
