To remove or install the engine oil pressure sensor or switch, first lift and support the vehicle. Unplug the electrical connector from the pressure switch and take out the oil pressure switch. Install the oil pressure switch and tighten it down until it produces 10 N.m (89 lb in) of force. Connect the electrical connector to the oil pressure switch and finish by lowering the vehicle.
