How to replace the Tail Light on 2001 Buick Park Avenue?

To change the tail lamp first remove the rear compartment sill plate and disconnect the electrical connection. Next, undo the three nuts that hold the taillamp to the vehicle and take out the grommet from the rear end panel and then remove the taillamp would be left. Unscrew the tang and turn the bulb and socket counter clockwise to remove them out of the taillamp and removed the bulb out of the socket. For installation, insert the bulb into the socket and turn them in a clockwise direction to hold them back in the lamp and make sure that the grommet is fully seated. Mount the grommet to the rear end panel than measure the taillamp to the vehicle and tighten it with three nuts. Lastly, plug in the electrical connector and put back the rear compartment sill plate.
