Users should first free the lock rod and arm by detaching the e-clip on the lock cylinder before opening the clamp at the Door Handle to remove the lock cylinder through its retaining clip from the Door Handle backside. The new lock cylinder should be inserted into the outside Door Handle from behind until it snaps into place before tightening the lock cylinder rod and arm with an e-clip.
