How to replace the throttle cable on 2001 Cadillac Seville?

In order to substitute the throttle cable one has to unconnect it with the bracket, throttle body lever, and retainer. Take out the insulator panel and unscrew it at throttle pedal. Insert the cable into the bulkhead. It should also be reconnected to throttle body lever, bracket, and pedal in order to work properly. Install the insulator panel again.
