How to replace the Daytime Running Light Relay on 2001 Chevrolet Astro?

In order to replace the Daytime Running Lamps (DRL) relay, remove the knee block left side of the bolster and cover to get to the relay. Install the new relay, refit the cover, and install the left part of the knee bolster again.
